Those allergic to dapoxetine should not be put on Priligy medication. 
Men who do not suffer from premature Ejaculation should not take this medicine.

Priligy is to be taken 1-3 hours before anticipated sexual activity.
Any activity that requires concentration like driving or operating any machinery should not be undertaken until the effect of Priligy is there in your body.

Priligy lower blood pressure, so when under its effect, the person should get up slowly if lying down or from sitting position.
Persons who have a history of any psychiatric disorder, depression or seizures should avoid taking Priligy.

Persons with a history of diseases related to liver, kidney or heart (heart failure, heart valve problems, heart block, angina, heart attack)should also avoid taking Priligy.

If a person has any history of fainting, etc., Priligy may cause serious side-effects.
Persons who have a family history of galactose intolerance or malabsorption should also not be recommended with Priligy.
Persons suffering from haemophilia, blood clots, diarrhoea, vomiting or excessive sweating should avoid taking Priligy.
If suffering from dehydration, chances of fainting may be increased after having Priligy.
Men who are taking any of the following medicines such as thioridazine, monoamine, SSRIs (Priligy can be taken after 14 days after stopping SSRI medication), Oxide inhibitors, serotonin-norepinephrine, or antidepressants should not take Priligy.

Those taking the CYP3A4 class of medicines should also not take Priligy, or it can be taken after seven days after taking Priligy.
It is not to be prescribed to teenagers or adolescents less than 18 years of age.
Priligy is not be taken for more than once a day.

In case of feeling of dizziness, sweaty or sickness put your head between your knees or lie down.
Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking Priligy since it may cause dizziness or increase the risk of fainting.

Also, Priligy is to be avoided in case a person is consuming recreational drugs like MDMA (ecstasy), Benzodiazepines, poppers or narcotics.
It is not to be recommended for those above 65 years of age.
It is only to be taken in case of intended sexual activity; it cannot be taken as regular medicine.
This medicine is not to be taken in case of any other sexual problem.
